培训中心简介
江苏省智能制造跨企业联合培训中心成立于2016年9月，由武进国家高新技术产业开发区、江苏宇邦工业自动化系统有限公司和常州轻工职业技术学院等共同出资建设。培训中心的业务范围包括：职业技能培训、职业资格鉴定、国际交流与合作、技术服务与咨询、职业技能大赛等。
培训中心主要功能包括：面向在校学生、企业员工和社会人员进行智能制造与机器人领域高技术技能培训和职业资格鉴定；承担职业教育、继续教育、HWK/IHK教育考试与质量监控、国际合作、商务咨询等功能，为园区的企业提供人才资源和智力资源，为政府招商引资项目提供具有国际视野、通晓国际规则的储备人才；开展“技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务”四技服务，促进院校科研成果转化，实现职业院校与企业的深度合作；承接企业产品开发项目，总结教学与生产的经验，促进高职教育与区域装备制造业深度融合。培训中心面积约6000平方米，各类培训设备100多台，包括五轴联动加工中心、车铣复合加工中心、卧式加工中心、数控车床、三坐标测量机、机器人集成生产线等，年均可安排制造类专业才人约5000人就业。

The main functions of the training center include: providing high-end technical skills training and vocational qualification in the field of intelligent manufacturing and robotics for students, enterprise employees and social personnel; undertaking the functions of vocational education, continuing education, HWK / ihk education examination and quality monitoring, international cooperation, business consulting, etc., providing talents and intellectual resources for enterprises in the park, and attracting investment from the government. Capital projects provide reserve talents with international vision and familiar with international rules; carry out four technical services of "technology development, technology transfer, technology consultation and technology service", promote the transformation of scientific research achievements of colleges and universities, realize the in-depth cooperation between Vocational Colleges and enterprises; undertake enterprise product development projects, summarize Teaching and production experience, and promote the depth of higher vocational education and regional equipment manufacturing industry. The training center covers an area of about 6000 square meters, with more than 100 sets of various training equipment, including five axis linkage processing center, turning milling compound processing center, horizontal processing center, CNC lathe, CMM, robot integrated production line, etc., with an average annual employment of about 5000 manufacturing professionals.
